micro-needling

Introduction

Micronidling is a Percutaneous Collagen Induction Therapy, which, by mechanical stimulation of the skin, repairs the structural damage of the skin.

Collagen induction therapy (CIT) is used to eliminate delicate lines, scarring and acne, and to improve the general condition of the skin. In this operation, very delicate needles are used to cause very little skin damage to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. The skin regeneration process will result in thickening of the dermal layer and softening of the wrinkles. The skin is tighter and stretched, its elasticity returns, wrinkles and delicate lines decrease dramatically, the pores of the skin become smaller, stimulate circulation and improve the general condition of the skin.

With the help of very small needles, the doctor creates millions of microchannels in the epidermis and dermal, and by inserting the needles into the skin, the fibroblasts increase the production of collagen and elastin.

The keratinocytes are also transferred to the nidling site in the epidermis, where they multiply and thereby increase the thickness of the epidermis. Micronidling is performed with two traditional methods performed in a maverick and a mechanized method is performed using the machine in Mappen. The mandrel is made up of a rotary roller with a number of needles on this roller and based on the depth of penetration required for different sizes, the greater the needle penetration, the greater the penetration depth and, therefore, the more effective and invasive treatment.

The choice of needle size is different according to the position and type of treatment, but in most cases the average size (1.5 to 2 mm) is chosen for conventional treatments. The micronidling technique is done with damppan which is similar to a pen and a number of needles are embedded on it and the needle puncture is performed by moving the needles. In the device, the penetration depth of the needles can be adjusted and adjustable from 0.25 to 2.5 mm.

Holes created. They are very tiny and can not be seen with the naked eye and closed within a few hours, and the brief redness and swelling that is created after micronidling is faded a few days later and left no sign of it.

Advantages of Microneeting

The risk of skin lesions and scarring is much less so in this way, and it is also safe for people with a darker skin. This method is suitable for thin and sensitive skin. This technique is simple in the clinic, and because of its simplicity and ease, it does not require advanced equipment and professional training. This method does not have much pain and patients can easily tolerate it.

side effects

Generally, micronidling is a safe and low-level treatment, but the following may be seen in patients: Immediately after micronidling, the skin becomes red and firm, which is due to collagen stimulation and shortening elastin fibers. This redness disappears after a few hours. In cases of deep cure (depth greater than 1.5 mm), redness may persist for up to 2 days. Drying of the skin is another of the micronidling effects that is used to remove moisturizing or repairing creams. After micronidling, the skin is inflamed and is sensitive to sunlight, which is used as a strong sunscreen or ozonized ointment.
